The Surf House w/ private beach access & hot tub!

The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience.



Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools and beachcombing.



An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.



THE SPACE



The Surf House is located on over a half-acre of breathtaking, private oceanfront property on one of the most secluded stretches of the Oregon Coast.



It is 12 minutes south of Yachats and 20 minutes north of Florence.



There are ocean views from every room of the house except the bathroom and an abundance of lovely outdoor space. The entire yard offers full privacy from the highway and neighbors. The outdoor amenities like hot tub and heated outdoor shower help to maximize your trip to the coast, whether you're playing in the ocean, storm-watching, exploring the shore, or just relaxing with friends or family.



Additionally, there is a detached Surf Shack with complimentary surfboards and wetsuits as well as beach toys and lawn games. The Surf Shack also has an arcade and doubles as an extra oceanfront hangout space separate from the house.



The primary bedroom has a queen bed facing the sunset over the water. The second bedroom has two twins. The third bedroom has a queen bed and its own door to the backyard, as well as a small work table. The third bedroom also has the washer and dryer.



The kitchen is generously stocked and there is a propane grill on the deck.



The dining room and living room run the length of the house, affording incredible views from sun up to sunset. There is a TV area at one end of the living room equipped with a TV with Roku, Netflix and a DVD player.



There is one centrally located bathroom with shower only.



A wood fire place and stocked woodshed provide a cozy ambiance when the weather turns.



The private staircase just off the deck offers rare access to the beach below. The rock and sand beach, which is usually quite secluded, offers a wonderful world of tide pools, agate hunting, beachcombing and nature watching. There is a harbor seal rookery around the corner, bald eagles and great blue herons, urchin-eating river otters, whales, and so much more! During the summer the beach fills in with plenty of sand and the waves are small, creating a fun and safe place for kids to boogie board or play in the water. The backyard beach access and secluded oasis setting allows for a wonderful adventure without ever leaving the house.



GUEST ACCESS



Guests have full private access to the entire house and property. The only shared part of the property is the driveway, which the neighbor's property manager occasionally uses to access their portion of the garage.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The Surf House is in a stretch with zero cell service. Once at the house, you can use wifi for everything, and there is a landline for emergencies. We recommend you read the check-in instructions before arriving and screenshot the door code. However, the wifi password is posted on the front door to make things easier in case you need assistance during your arrival.



Dogs are welcome, but the yard is not fenced. The highway is quite dangerous for off-leash, untrained pets, so please take care. There is a $60 pet fee for up to two dogs.
