Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This newly remodeled beach cottage is a 1-minute walk to a private neighborhood beach. Beach passes for 12 and a variety of beach gear are included. The cottage sleeps 8-10 with a king bed, kids' trundle & hang-out space, two downstairs bedrooms, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy a living room that opens to the sun porch, games, and AppleTV. The backyard offers a hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, dining area, and Solo fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen, extra fridge, and washer/dryer provided.

The space
This adorable beach cottage has just been completely remodeled. It features a brand new mid-century modern kitchen, a new bath with a beautifully tiled shower, AC/heat throughout, and a backyard patio with a brand new hot tub!

The best part is that the house is 70 yards (1 min walk) to the private neighborhood beach! The rental includes beach passes for up to 12 and all the beach gear you could need. The backyard shed has beach toys, 6 Tommy Bahama backpack cooler chairs, an additional small cooler, multiple beach mats and umbrellas, and a beach cart to make the short walk easier.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 8, but 10 can fit if using the pull-out couch. Upstairs, there is the primary bedroom with a king bed and a kid's loft room with a twin trundle that can convert to a double. The kids' loft has Nugget modular furniture that they can build into all sorts of fun configurations and a TV. We also provide a pack-n-play and baby gate should you be traveling with very littles.

The downstairs includes two bedrooms (one queen and one full), a spacious living room, and a sun porch that can be opened entirely to the living room. The living area is stocked with games and Apple TV (with guest access to YouTube, Netflix, Disney, and Max). You can also log in to any other streaming service with your credentials. An extra fridge is on the sun porch as well.

The brand-new kitchen has granite countertops and an adorable retro-looking fridge. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, knives, cooking utensils, and basic pantry items like spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, etc. We also leave basic condiments in the fridge.

The backyard is a great hangout spot after a day at the beach. Rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower and then soak in the large brand-new 6-person hot tub. Grill out on the Weber grill and have a large family dinner under the umbrellas at the oversized picnic table. Relax in the Adirondacks while enjoying a bonfire in the Solo Stove Yukon firepit.

Other misc things: There is a small washer/dryer in the house and plenty of bedding, towels, and beach towels - so you don't need to lug extra things to the beach.

The house is raised 5' off the ground, so it is not wheelchair accessible and requires walking up at least 6 steps.

We have tandem driveway parking for only two cars.
