âąNo loud noise or music past 8 PM
âąPlease be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, & heater.
âąAdult supervision of children on the property at all times.
âąNo wearing shoes inside the house. A $500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to deep clean the floors.
âąNo Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean carpets, and scrub walls.
âąNo parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
âąCheckin time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM)
âąCheckout time is 10 AM.
âąNo Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
âąNo Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
âąNo Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
âąNo Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, internet, lamps, TV streaming sticks, security cams, etc.

All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way, shape, or form point inside the house, to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
