Step into our historic Newfoundland Saltbox-style home and feel the warmth of tradition embrace you. With two floors of sunlit splendor, the upper level boasts 4 cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged for your comfort:

Carbonear is a wonderfully walkable town with many attractions, dining options, and amenities just a short stroll from 7 Water Street. For those venturing further, driving offers easy access to nearby sites and communities.

We have several cameras behind the house, but none cover the hot tub.

Upon booking, we will ask you to fill out our Pre-Arrival Form and review and agree to our rental conditions.

You'll receive check-in instructions the day before you arrive at 12 PM.

Check-out: 11 AM - Enjoy a leisurely morning before departure.
