I booked this house for an evening stay with my mom, my sister, and my niece.we had no trouble finding the house and there were plenty of amenities nearby. There is off street parking, but it is behind the house, which was a little confusing, but we figured it out. The couches in the living room were comfortably, the beds were soft.We would stay here again

This place is very affordable. And it’s very well taken care of, it was the perfect distance from nationwide arena, if you have a concert or any other even like we did, to attend. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Not to mention the living room tv is humongous! It’s like a movie theater in there! Also to add, if you are coming during winter, the road in front of the house is TERRIBLY PLOWED so just beware of that, but that has nothing to do with the house. Parking is behind the house - and the keypad to get in the house is at the front porch, incase anyone gets confused, I had a serious blonde moment trying to figure that out. Which isn’t even a complaint to me, the front porch is SO cute! The host Jotham is a dream to work with, he’s wonderful!

Clean home. Nice area.

This house was clean and cozy. Upstairs had an interesting layout, but slept our family of 6 comfortably. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to cook a family meal. Lots of cute areas nearby we would have liked more time to explore. All in all a great stay.

Cozy Stay for Friends

My friends and I stayed here one night to celebrate my birthday and the stay was perfect! Jotham was very communicative and kind, the house was beautiful and had a lot of space for everyone. The entire process was simple and straight forward and allowed me to just focus on enjoying my birthday.

the home is very nice & clean as pictured. the host responds fast & is very respectful there wasn’t any complications while there or checking out . The parking in the back is nice since this property allows a good amount of guests

The house was well cared for and I appreciated all the kitchen and bathroom amenities.The only thing I think important for guests is to understand it is not in the best neighborhood and one of the bedrooms is essentially a pass through with no doors. The need to go to the bathroom with a shower you have to go through two bedrooms. There is a half bathroom downstairs in which you do not need to go through someones space. I thought the host was thoughtful and communicates well. I had no issues as all of those things were fine with my group.

I think it’s very important to know that 3 of the bedrooms are interconnected with two not having a door to separate from each other. You also need to walk through those two bedrooms to access the main bathroom. We were two family’s staying together and it was very awkward/impossible to have proper privacy. This definitely needs to be updated in the listing. We arrived an hour after check in time and the cleaning crew was still there, which was very frustrating as we were stoping to freshen up between a wedding and reception. The neighborhood is very rundown, and while this isn’t the property’s fault it’s worth mentioning there was a police raid across the street the next morning.When we were loading up to leave at 10am the cleaning crew was already there standing around smoking. It put a rushed feeling on us to get out and rushed goodbyes with friends.Overall lots of things could have been better.

False advertisement

The home was a decent size for the price they have it listed as a 4 bedroom home when it is actually is a 2 bedroom. Only 2 doors on the bedrooms the other 2 were open really weren’t rooms. You literally had to walk through 2 of the supposed to be rooms to get to the full bath which I didn’t like. Upon entry the home was not cleaned correctly you could tell it was half fast done. Freezer/fridge were dirty Kitchen needs updated, no spices like they advertised, toothbrush on the carpet didn’t smell clean. They didn’t have no cleaning supplies no vacuum or noting. They had laundry in the washer when we arrived that’s all you heard when you walked in that should be done before the guest arrive. Limited toilet paper limited soup. Before my arrival I had to ask the host for the entry code which you shouldn’t have to. Overall I don’t recommend it host is false advertising.

Unfortunately our guest Angela violated the property smoking policy and was fined $100. Angela's negative review was a response to being fined $100, and unfortunately it was not paid. Nothing about this property listing is false advertising, the same property has superhost status on airbnb with 60 5/5 star reviews.
