Guests will have access to their side of the duplex, minus 4 closets which are used for storage

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later.

CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM.

PARKING: Parking is limited! There is space for one car behind the house. If you are bringing additional cars, you will need to find on-street parking. The best places are along North 4th Street or Tompkins Street. Typically you can find spaces within two to three blocks of the house.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.
