THE LOCATION

We're in a quiet residential neighborhood in St. Charles. Downtown Cottleville is nearby with shops and restaurants, and Main Street St. Charles is about 15 minutes away. The highway gives you quick access to downtown St. Louis, the zoo, and the airport, and Missouri wine country is an easy day trip. If you're here for a wedding at Stone House, the venue sits just outside the neighborhood, a couple of minutes from the front door.

THE MAIN LEVEL

The front door opens into a comfortable living room with a large Roku TV. Walk past the dining area into the kitchen, which is stocked for real cooking: pots, pans, Keurig and K-Cups, a cooler bag with ice packs if you're heading out for the day, and containers for packing lunches.

Down the hall you'll find the main bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two more bedrooms sit across the hall: one with a king bed, one with a bunk bed and a trundle that kids love. The second full bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

THE LOWER LEVEL

A fully finished, bright hangout space with a big screen TV, cozy seating, and a full-size sleeper sofa. The game room side has a foosball table, arcade, indoor swing, and a dedicated play area with toys for younger kids. There's also a workout area with yoga mats and weights, plus a desk and workspace for getting things done.

THE BACKYARD

The patio has a hot tub beneath a private covered gazebo, open year-round in any weather. Light up the fire pit when the sun goes down. There is comfortable seating and a gas grill for cookouts. Beyond that, a big fenced yard where kids can run and everyone can play yard games. Black hot tub towels are in the basket by the back door.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES

This house was set up with kids in mind. Baby gates are installed at the top and bottom of the stairs so toddlers and crawlers can roam safely on every level. The Pack 'n Play, high chair, step stool, kid utensils, toys, and books are all here, and between the indoor swing, the play area, the bunk room, and the fenced yard, kids stay busy while the adults actually get to sit down.

Bathrooms: Soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, and toilet paper.

Family Amenities: Pack 'n Play, high chair, baby gates, step stool, kid utensils, toys, and books.

Outdoor Amenities: Hot tub with black towels in the basket by the back door, gas grill with propane, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and yard games.

Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), washer and dryer, iron, wireless chargers in both king bedrooms, weights and yoga mats, desk and workspace, and night lights throughout the house.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home, except for a couple of storage closets and the garage. Your personalized door code and check-in instructions will be sent on the day of your arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- The home has two full bathrooms, both on the main level.
- No pets, please.
- The Pack 'n Play is in the basement storage room, where the washer and dryer are located.
- The driveway holds multiple vehicles, and additional vehicles can park on the street.

HOUSE RULES
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Check-in: after 4:00 PM. Checkout: by 10:00 AM.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
- No pets.
- No parties or events. Wedding groups are welcome, but please keep the celebration at the venue.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- Before checkout, please place all bagged trash in the outside trash cans.
- Please replace the hot tub cover after each use.
- At checkout, please start the dishwasher, turn off the lights, and lock all doors.
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
