Important Resort Notices
• September 15 – Mid-November, 2025: The Hualalai Spa will undergo enhancements to its outdoor aqua-thermal areas. Massage and body treatments will temporarily relocate to the Makaloa Villa. Guests will continue to have access to the infrared sauna, hot tub, and pool, with temporary cold plunge and infrared sauna facilities near the Spa Lap Pool.
• Chairman’s Club – December 1–6, 2025: During this annual event, select resort amenities may be limited or restricted for residential rental guests. Please inquire before booking if your stay falls within these dates.
• Mitsubishi Electric Championship – January 22–24, 2026: Modified access to select resort amenities during this tournament.

• Beginning January 4, 2026, fees will be as follows (plus tax, per person, per day):

Infants (4 and under) are complimentary.
Guests may opt in for Resort access for a minimum of two consecutive days, and the entire household must participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from the property management company and may adjust rates or policies without notice. After booking, the Resort team will reach out to coordinate access directly.
