Enjoy our delightful three-bedroom retreat nestled in north Old Town, Alexandria. It's a quick car ride to Washington's famous monuments, the scenic National Mall and museums. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and smart TVs to unwind after a day of exploring.

Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, and toaster, not to mention dishes and utensils. Eat indoors or on the patio. Refresh in the two bathrooms, stocked with towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer, and stay comfortable with the air conditioning, heating, and fresh linens.

Or eat out at the excellent neighborhood restaurants around the corner (Vaso's, our favorite, offers a discounted meal to our guests) or walk to shops and eateries on Old Town's King Street (20-25 minute stroll). We're also a quick 15-20 minute walk to the Braddock Road metro stop.

Catch up on reading with the selection of books, or get some work done at the desk and chair in the office area. Enjoy the great outdoors on the patio furniture, or simply relax and recharge in the comfort of your home away from home.

Cozy town home in a perfect location

We were in town for a cheerleading competition. This townhouse was in the perfect location. The house had so much space and it was perfect. If we come back to town we will definitely be repeat customers.

Absolutely perfect

We did a friends weekend in DC and this place was perfect! So clean and comfortable for 6 adults. Approximately an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Metro station! The host was so easy to communicate with and very accomidating. We will 1000% be back!

Charming and CLEAN

Great location. Quick ride into DC and all surrounding areas. This home is well stocked, organized and incredibly clean. Parking was always accessible. Check in and out were a breeze and communication with Robert was quick and responsive. Will definitely be back.

So glad we picked this rental property.

This property was better outfitted compared to other VRBO properties that we have rented in the past. Everything that you need for a stay in the Alexandria/Washington DC area. We were there with six people and this property was very comfortable for everyone. Easy access to the METRO and Alexandria free bus transportation. We did use an Uber to and from the airport due to our luggage. We were very happy and would return if we are ever in that area and need a rental home.

Clean and convenient

This townhome was a perfect location for visiting D.C. and Old Alexandria. Only a ten minute drive via the George Washington Parkway to D.C. from here. Upstairs had two bedrooms with a fairly small bathroom between the two. There was another full bathroom in the basement. Enjoyed having a nice size TV in the bedrooms. Kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities. No spices so bring your own. Would definitely stay here again.

This quiet neighborhood is nestled in north Old Town, Alexandria's making it a great destination whether you're coming to the D.C. area for business or pleasure. It's just minutes from Reagan National Airport and downtown D.C. but it's also an easy (20-25 minute) walk to King Street and the heart of Old Town, with its restaurants and shops, as well as the Braddock Road metro stop (15-20 minutes).
