Enjoy your cozy oasis with easy access to everything Atlanta has to offer! This fully renovated 1920s 3BR/2BA bungalow has all the comforts of home. Minutes away from Midtown/Downtown business areas, hospitals, and sightseeing, as well as Mercedes Benz Stadium. Walking distance to fun local shops and restaurants in Grant Park and East Atlanta and easy access to the Beltline, as well as grocery stores and all the necessities. Convenient airport and highway access means you are close to it all, while having your own haven to relax.

Eat out at one of the many amazing restaurants nearby, or cook a meal at home in the kitchen or on the gas grill. Our fully appointed kitchen and living spaces mean that you'll have everything you need to unwind and recharge after a day working or exploring the city. The smart TV lets you enjoy all your favorite streaming services.

If you need to catch up on work, there is a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, and high speed Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 1 is a light, airy bedroom with a queen sized bed and an armoire for tons of storage.

Bedroom 2 is a cozy retreat with a queen bed and a dresser for storage.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bunk bed room located off of Bedroom 2. There is a French door and shades for privacy between the two rooms. This bedroom also contains a dresser for storage.

This is a unique intown property with lots of outdoor space and ample off street parking.

Beautiful, very clean cozy home in great location. Quick walk to local coffee shop and restaurants, park with kids. Host was extremely responsive and checkin checkout so easy. It was great having laundry right in the house too!

Good location to walk to a show at the Eastern with plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Clean nice place. The 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds is off the 2nd bedroom. Good if you have kids.

We were in town visiting for my son’s business. The house is exactly what we needed. It was in a great location, had plenty of room and was the cutest little cottage. Communication with the property manager was easy. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Communication was top notch! We stayed during some winter weather and the internet went out. Host was very communicative and issue was resolved. The house was clean, well stocked with what was needed to include coffee pods for the Keurig. The space was perfect for my family of 5. The bunk bed room is off one of the other bedrooms and was cold but a space heater was provided (with an additional one offered!). The bedrooms don’t have TVs which wasn’t an issue for us personally. We would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent home in perfect neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and well appointed with soap, laundry detergent, and even some coffee pods and snacks. The neighhood was conveniently located with easy access to everything and everywhere we needed. There was a Kroger, Jeni's ice cream shop, and Waffle House within a few min walk. Downtown was a quick 10-15 min drive, and the Beltline access was also a quick walk away.Enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning!! Highly recommend!

Great location, house needs updated

Pros: Nice location with easy access to interstate and good food. Easy Check in. Beds were comfy. Easy parking. House was clean.Cons: The 2nd bathroom with the shower is super tiny and located in the dining area and the door doesn't lock. The floors are not level and several places feel like they are not structurally sound.

Thank you for staying with us. The one “weak spot” in the kitchen that you pointed out is a dip in the floor that is being repaired. The floors were recently redone and there was an HVAC vent in that spot. The installer put plywood over it but it was slightly lower than the rest of the subfloor. We were not made aware of any other areas in the floor that you refer to. The house is over 100 years old, but is certainly “structurally sound” and was recently renovated. If you had any concerns about the structural safety or other problem areas, it would have been helpful if you had indicated that during your stay.

Great spot in a safe area!

This home is super cute and in a safe area of Atlanta to walk around, even at night. Everything we could need was supplied (towels, dishes, ect). Showers were hot, neighbors super friendly, home was plenty big enough for the 6 of us to not feel on top of each other. Nice size back yard to hang out in. We were visiting for New Years and the neighbors had the coolest Christmas lights setup to look at! Good food is within walking distance. We went to see a show at The Eastern venue and it was a safe easy walk to the venue saving us time/money on Uber rides. The host was very responsive with any annoying questions I had. I would def book this home again.
