Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, brand-new cabin with Colorado River access. Split into two separate (but identical) duplexes, it can accommodate large groups or be rented individually. Enjoy a spacious deck for entertainment and private balconies with stunning views and sunsets.

The Space
First Floor: Open living area with a 65” HD TV, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, washer & dryer), and a pull-out workspace. Free Starlink Wi-Fi is provided, plus yoga mats and blocks for relaxation.

Second Floor: A bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, spa bathroom (walk-in shower with double shower heads, soaking tub), and a private balcony.

Additional Sleeping Space: A queen sofa bed on the first floor, and an extra queen air mattress available on request.

Guest Access:
Garbo’s Goodnight consists of two units, each with exclusive access and a shared first-floor deck. The units can be rented together or separately, with an internal connecting door for families or groups.

Other Notes:
Your hosts, James and Joannie, live nearby with their five dogs, separated by a fence to ensure privacy. You may occasionally see them by the water.
