Great place with access to all parts of the valley, the ski resorts and so much more. You'll love the great finishes, the awesome furnishings, and the wonderful access to so many things. Short drive to many great places in the valley.

NEW REMODEL TO THE STUDS! Beautiful in an area that is gentrifying and improving and centrally located in the valley. It quick 15 min drive to the airports and 35 min to 4 TOP Ski reports.

THE SPACE -
This unit has been completely remodeled to the studs. It's a multi-unit building but you do not share space with anyone! You have your own private space to yourself.
It has its own onsite in-unit washer and dryer and the kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare a good basic meal.

You have your own off-street parking for your vehicle and there is free street parking too if you need it. You can park 2 vehicles off-street. (if available)
GUEST ACCESS -
You will have the entire unit to yourself, not a private room this is a non-shared space. The unit is in a fourplex. Each unit is also a Vacation Rental so you may see your fellow travelers. Two units are on the ground floor and two are above.
The off-street parking area is for all our guests to use. Guests are allowed to park two vehicles in the large off-street parking area. The parking area is first come first serve so if the parking is full you will have to park on the street. There is also RV and U haul on-street parking in front of the main parking area but it is first come first serve.
- OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -
With the being a fourplex, one of the ceilings and wall spaces is shared with other guests in other units. You may hear some noises that travel through the units (similar to a hotel) ever so slightly but we do have quiet hours in place from 10 PM-8 AM to ensure you have your quiet time.
Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
- PET RULES -
We allow (2) pets! You must agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, and the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.
