Less than a block away is the cute and chic Old Town Midvale Main Street with coffee shops, boutiques, and other restored rustic buildings!
This is a quiet neighborhood but still very close to I15.
Uber and Lyft are both readily accessible and affordable in Salt Lake.
PET RULES:
We allow (2) pets ! You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee, added to booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property. 1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 15 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless if they stay over night as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 15 doesn’t mean that all 15 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fee’s after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially
3) This is a self checkin property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or checkin guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and checkin guide here on the airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fee`s: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking of the rules set forth.
5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in good will with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by airbnb or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.
6) Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM.
7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.
8) You agree to cleanup after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use.

11) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. Host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration at least at a partial amount to the discretion of the host.

We had a great stay. This property is just as it’s listed. Lots of space for your group. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. There is ample parking. We would stay again.

The house was nice. The beds were very comfortable. There was an issue with the coffee maker but owner was notified and responded. We were thankful that there was a 24 hour Maverick around the corner for our coffee needs. The Neighbourhood was older, but it does have a very fabulous pizza place and they had a car show. It was a great weekend to be there.

Great for a Group!
This is a great little house with a lot of room for a group. The two kitchens and living areas allowed us to spread out a bit when we weren’t in our bedrooms. The property isn’t fancy, but it’s a great budget rental with really easy access to downtown SLC and the freeway. Plenty of towels and kitchen & bathroom supplies. Great rental for our family reunion with 14 of us, including children. Hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Our stay in UT
The house was perfect for our 5 days in UT, the only issues we had were with checking in, the cleaning was still in process at 4:00, we had to wait about a half hour for them to finish, they did allow us to put items in the refrigerator. The floors need a good cleaning, my granddaughter's feet were dirty after just a few moments in the house. I would also recommend putting the checkout requirements in an email prior to the date of arrival. there was no laundry detergent to start a load. And - a broom for sweeping, we had no way to sweep the floors, and with 4 kids, it would have been great to have one.

Lots of room, bed situation was a little odd.
Pro - Clean, fresh recently remodeled. We all
10 of us fit perfectly in the house.
Cons - The main floor bedrooms had bunk
beds. I didnt feel super comfortable
with my kids by the front door while i
was upstairs.
- We coule not find a dust pan and
broom was a corn broom.
-There was a mop but no bucket.
-We only had 5 laundry detergent pods
for both washing machines.
- The neibourhood was a bit rough but
we just stayed inside unless we were
going out.
Overall it was a great little house with lots of room and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommended this place to others.
