★Other Things To Note★

*** A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay.

*** Four wheel drive is recommended but not required. (winter ice & snow 4WD is required)

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bin, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine.

*** We welcome young families, however, this cabin is not childproof and please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains with high decks, outdoor staircase(s), hot tub, fireplaces and fire pit. Supervision of children is ALWAYS necessary. Children should NEVER be left unattended without adult supervision inside the cabin or any where on property grounds.

*** Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including deer, bears, snakes, bees and insects. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.

*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 11 PM and 8 AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return it the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
