Enjoy the luxury of a private rooftop terrace, where you can take in panoramic views of the surrounding area. The rooftop also features a relaxing jacuzzi, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the beautiful coastline.

The unit consists of the main floor with a cozy kitchen fully equipped with all kitchen equipment you may need during your stay.

A living room with a TV and a convenient Couch for your entertainment luxury, you may log in to your account on Netflix, Google Prime, or Use IPTV.

A terrace that you can use to enjoy the sea view while you are sipping your tea with two comfortable couches and a coffee table.

The unit has access to a newly renovated Roof area that features an extension for your luxurious stay with a big Marble Dining table that fits 8 guests to dine in comfort

The roof also features a big sitting area that could fit up to 12 people, kindly make sure that the cushions are well covered and maintained to keep them in good shape, kindly make the dining area the only area for dinning and don't eat in the seating area to avoid stains to the fabric.

A Jacuzzi that is located to look at the sea, it is a magical experience to enjoy your stay while looking at the sunset or even the sunrise or both, it is your call.

Kindly make sure you use the unit as your own, and make sure no damages or stains or any kind of noise that may be inconvenient to your neighbors during your stay. kindly leave the unit in good shape and make sure all garbage are collected in garbage bags and left and the garbage bin in the street
