Thank you so much for your wonderful review! The final two buildings in Spring Creek are being completed. Spring Creek is the most desirable area in all of Canmore to both own and stay. The nee builds are designed to not impact the views from this penthouse :)

A smoke detector is installed on the wall directly inside the entry door, and we would have been happy to point it out had you asked during your stay. Throughout your visit, we responded promptly to every concern you raised—even when the issues were not reflective of the property’s actual condition. For example, you reported dust on the outdoor deck (Canmore experiences high winds that can move dirt/dust around regularly), which is normal for any exterior surface, yet we still sent our cleaning team multiple times throughout your stay to ensure your comfort. Despite these efforts, many of the concerns you presented appeared to be attempts to obtain financial compensation rather than legitimate issues with the home. We also want to note that the communication we received from you was consistently discourteous, making it challenging to provide the level of service we aim for with all guests. While we take all feedback seriously, we do not provide refunds for claims that are unfounded or inaccurate. Our many positive reviews reflect the genuine experiences of guests who engage with us respectfully and honestly, and we believe they offer a far more accurate representation of the property and the service we provide. We would not host Douglas at any of our properties again or recommend him to other hosts.
