Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation!

On the first floor, we have a charming bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed. It’s a cozy and inviting space perfect for relaxing.

On the second floor, you'll find two lovely bedrooms. The first bedroom on the right includes a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle, offering versatile sleeping arrangements. The bedroom on the left features a spacious king-sized bed and a stationary bike for your convenience. Both bedrooms come with their own ensuite full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, there’s an additional bedroom with two bunk beds. One is a twin-over-twin, and the other is a queen-over-twin, making it a great space for kids or extra guests.

At Birch Mountain Cabin we have a total of 4 full bathrooms!

On the main floor, you'll find a convenient full bathroom with a bathtub, thoughtfully situated right next to the entryway.
On the second floor, both master bedrooms boast their own en suite full bathrooms, providing an extra touch of luxury and privacy.
Additionally, the basement features a spacious full bathroom with a rejuvenating bathtub.

Lake access is available at Greenwood town park and boat launch on South Pond, boat launch on North Pond and Bryant pond swim beach are all 5 minutes away.

Moody Mountain trail 5 minutes away with scenic views of the mountain range and all 3 lakes!

Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked cleaner's closet and the utility room. We will be readily available for any questions or assistance through the app!

You will need a car to get around but there is plenty of parking available free on the premises.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
