Hello! My name is Austin Bettis. My wife Ashleigh and I are both former middle school math teachers. We taught here in Memphis (go Kingsbury falcons!) for 5 years and 8 years respectively. Our family is rounded out by our three kiddos and dog named Teddy. Over the past few years Ashleigh and I have both transitioned out of teaching and into real estate. Ashleigh got her real estate license in 2017 and in 2018 we renovated and furnished the decades-old mother-in-law suite attached to our house and put it up for rent. That little apartment introduced us to the world of short- and mid-term furnished rentals.
We now have our business, Furnished Rentals Memphis, that manages about a dozen furnished rentals around the city of Memphis. Everything from a 400sq ft studio guesthouse (with luxury soaking tub and rain shower) to a 3000 sq ft 4bed/3bath house (with pool, hot tub, and homemade backyard mini golf course). No matter if you're here for 6 months on a work assignment, or 3 nights for a fun weekend with the family, our goal is to provide high quality rentals and service to make your time in Memphis comfortable and enjoyable.
