Eine tolle Ferienwohnung für den Strandurlaub - a beautiful condo to spent a holiday on the beach

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dieser schnuckeligen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir waren zu dritt ( 2 Erwachsene und unsere 3-Jahre alte Tochter ) und haben eine Woche auf Treasure Island die Sonne, das Meer und den Strand genossen. Die Lage ist super. Man muss lediglich eine kleine Straße überqueren und schon ist man an dem tollen, weißen Sandstrand. Das Meer ist herrlich warm und der Strand ist perfekt für kleinere Kinder , weil er ganz sanft abfallend ist und die Kinder nicht nach ein paar Schritten im tiefen Meer " versinken ". Auch ein kleiner Spielplatz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Größe der Wohnung ist gut ausreichend für drei Personen. Bei vier Personen wäre es sehr kuschlig;) geworden. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ausreichend. Die Matratzen der Betten sind etwas weich, allerdings war das für die Zeit kein Problem für uns. Die ausziehbare Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer sollten jedoch eher Kinder bzw. leichtere Erwachsene benutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Fitnessstudios und Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Will man am direkt am Strand gut essen und trinken, kann man zu Caddys laufen, welches wirklich einen Besuch wert ist. Kandis ist eine super Gastgeberin gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war immer sehr nett und wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Sie war stets um unser Wohlergehen besorgt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung selbstverständlich guten Gewissens unseren Freunden und Familien weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Kandis! We spent a wonderful week in this cute condo. We've been three persons (2 adults and our 3-year old girl) and enjoyed a week of sun and fun on the beautiful Sunset Beach of Treasure Island. The beach is perfect for families with younger children as the water is wonderful warm-temperatured and very slowly getting deeper. Little children can play there perfectly without " falling " into deep waters. The condo is perfect for 3 persons. If 4 persons would be staying there, it would be very cuddly.The condo is lovely decorated and the equipment is good as well. The beds are a bit soft which was no problem for us for that short time. The matress of the sofa (which can be turned to a queensize-bed) is very soft but for children and lightweighted persons totally okay. Publix and Walmart are nearby and you can get there easily by car. Kandis was a wonderful and always caring host. Thank you so much, Kandis!

Great Getaway Spot

Unit was as described with a partial beach view. Everything needed for a week long stay was provided. Easy access to the beach just across the street - a two minute walk at most. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided. Would recommend this unit and would stay again. Owner contact was smooth and easy.

A piece of paradise!!

We loved staying at Sea Sunsets & Sunrises! It was so great to see the sunrise out the window in the morning & the sunset on the beach! We had a great time and I wish we could have stayed another week. We will definitely stay again. The condo was everything & more, we flew so we couldn’t bring much with us. Having so many supplies that we would have had to bring, really helped us. We loved sitting on the balcony, it was so peaceful. The owner was so helpful and nice! She even found money that I had left somewhere in the condo & got it back to me! The location is perfect to go to the beach or drive somewhere. Treasure Island Beach was not crowded & perfect! We went to Pass-A-Grille & ate at the Wharf and found beautiful shells on the beach! We drove to Clearwater & John’s Pass & shopped. We went to Boyd Hill Nature Preserve for a walk & saw lots of wildlife. We can’t wait to come back again!!

We will be back!

We stayed for almost a month. We didn’t want to leave! The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Right across the road from the beach. Found sandollars out on the sand bar along with other shells. Great walking on the beach every morning. Caddy’s and Tiki bar in walking distance. Great restaurant close by. We had to cut our stay a little short due to Idalia.

Five Days Wasn’t Enough

My wife and I stayed in mid-July for five days, six nights. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and this property was perfect for us. It was exactly as described. The beach view pictured looks exactly like the picture my wife took while sitting on the balcony outside the condo. It took us, at the most, two minutes to walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking, and the property is easy to access. The couple of questions I had prior to our arrival, the owner responded to quickly. We hope to stay here again in the not too distant future.

Great place near quiet beach

Condo was great. Everything was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. We also really appreciated the HDMI cable, to connect our own device for streaming. Host was super helpful; I've never had a VRBO host reply so quickly before. (more than once). She even stopped by and helped us readjust the thermostat. The place was immaculately clean and everything looked brand new. Christmas decorations were a nice added touch. We would gladly stay there again.

This has condo is in the perfect location while it’s not beach front it has a perfect view and easy close access to the beach. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We unfortunately visited during red tide so we spent most of the time inside but it was perfect for us. The kitchen was full of everything you’d need, plenty of towels for showering, and lots of pillows for added comfort at bedtime. We can’t say enough great things about this condo! We will be back to stay!

Great spot on Treasure Island

Loved our stay and our walks on sunset Beach. Close to everything and amazing sunsets. The place is comfy and loved the beach chairs. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We actually left our crock pot we bought and love using since we couldn't take it on the plane. We hope future guests enjoy it!

Absolute bliss!

This beach condo was the PERFECT choice for my small family and I to enjoy our vacation this year. I was searching for weeks for the perfect one and I am so glad I chose this gem. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with EVERYTHING you may need. Towels, pool noodles/float, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, beach mats, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brushes, sunscreen, laundry detergents, I mean seriously everything. The kitchen was fully loaded with every appliance/utensil you may need! The living room area had games and books for you to enjoy during your stay with the family. The couch and bed were so comfortable. Now on to the location.... There are no words. It is directly across the street from the most beautiful beach I’ve been to in Florida. On the porch, you can sit and watch the waves. The water was absolutely beautiful, clear and so clean!! The beach was never crowded. So many shells to find to bring home. On the sand bars you could literally see manatees! The pool was perfect for us and it was my 15 month olds favorite spot! Never crowded, extremely clean. I can’t wait to come back and stay here next summer, probably for an even longer stay! 7 days wasn’t nearly enough. Thank you so much Kandis for opening up your summer home to my family and I. We absolutely had the best vacation.

Just perfect!

This was one of the places I have rented via VRBO! Everything I needed was there, including beach chairs, an umbrella, (even sunscreen), toys for the beach..just great! The Condo is very comfortable with a full kitchen, comfortable bed in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I didn't have a car but if I did there was plenty of parking. Sunset Beach is a residential beach, and in these uncertain times.. fewer crowds is what we need! I hope to rent this place again and again..it was so comfortable and homey.

Wonderful stay on the beach!

This is a lovely property! Updated and clean it had everything that we needed to enjoy our 9 day holiday vacation. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen had a lot of extras that we didn't need to buy, and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels were an added bonus for added beach comfort. It is on a quieter part of the beach but still walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat!

I'm a runner and a native to Florida. This is a photo of me in the Grand Canyon a few years ago. I ran it from rim to rim to rim from the South to the North and back. I have two grown children that I am very proud of.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This place reminds me of old Florida, as old as you can still get locally. Yet, it's close to all the action. It's walking distance to Caddy's, a fun spot. It's across the street from the beach but not a busy road like just North of it. All the traffic is local. You ride your bike to the grocery store, grill out steaks, watch the sunset and dip in the pool or ocean. That's a nice day to me. The next day you drive over to Busch Garden, go deep sea fishing, or take a day cruise, go shopping and everything is so close.
