Malyn 122, Waterfront condo, few blocks to beach
A taste of the old Florida style, the Malyn is a friendly resort located right in the heart of Treasure Island within walking distance of Gulf beaches, parks, shopping, and restaurants. Sitting right on the edge of Boca Ciega Bay on the Intracoastal, it is a great place to relax in the pool or enjoy a sunset on one of the two docks, which are ideal for fishing and watching dolphins swim and play. Grills and a lovely waterfront cabana add to the charm, too, especially for small get-togethers.
Our condo is unique and newly renovated:

Guests have access to the amenities of the resort, including the heated pool, two large charcoal grills, the fishing dock, the boat dock, waterfront cabana, shuffleboard courts, etc. Coin Laundry is available on premises from 9:00-4:00pm daily.
For your convenience we do have 1 reserved parking space included. Ours is marked #22.

The legendary beachfront resorts of a Treasure Island are in sight-distance to Malyn, just two blocks to the nightly live music and beachfront restaurants.
Along that walk is The Floridian (a real Cuban sandwich spot from West Tampa), a bait shop, a gourmet popcorn shop, Gigi’s Italian (great lasagna & good pizza), a couple of bars, some breakfast joints, and then the VIP Mexican (nationally recognized and coveted jewel of Treasure Island). The short walk packs a ton of cool stuff, and then you are on Gulf Blvd. and the world is your oyster.
And if you want oysters, Uber it 3 miles to St Pete Beach’s Oyster Shuckers. If you want a nice meal, but do not want to drive to Bern’s, Snapper’s is elegant.
There is too much within a three mile radius to mention it all, but important to mention Publix, Walgreen's, Beach clothing and supply stores & ABC Liquor store are in close walking distance.
And then there is the Central Ave. corridor and Downtown St. Pete (DTSP)! So much fun to be had for all. The all new Sun Runner Shuttle is free and runs from the beach to Downtown St Pete!
Being a local, we are also able to make suggestions on the fly. We can also provide some very awesome vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free/allergen-friendly places as well.
There are two beach public parking lots in very close proximity, less than a mile, as well if you have a lot of gear to tote along. Otherwise, the warm sandy beach is a very short few blocks to walk!
Uber and Lyft reign supreme on the Beach. Driving on Gulf Blvd is relatively easy to navigate, but parking can be scarce depending on where you are going and at what time of day and year.
Walking offers a ton of choices, and city bike rentals and bike shares are on the beach as well. There are also electric scooters available to rent.
The Resort provides one parking spot per condo. Ours is marked #22.
We do have a 7 passenger van available for rent on a separate site. If that is of interest please let us know. Toddler car seats and booster seats can also be rented with the van or for your own rental vehicle.
If you have a boat that needs to be docked, look no further, you can dock your boat at the condo's dock.
There is an associated fee ($25/night) that is collected separate from Air B&B as well as a waiver releasing Malyn from any unexpected damages that could occur to the boat. Please inquire as needed.
There is a public boat launch on Treasure Island.
You are also able to park your trailer there on a first come first serve basis. We sadly do not have enough space to accommodate a trailer, so its best to have a plan for your trailer if you need it to be parked.
We have a strict Non Smoking policy. Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookahs, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers. If there is evidence of smoking in the rental condo, guests will be subject to an additional deep cleaning fee of $250.

One parking spot is reserved for this condo, specifically spot marked #22.
One dog permitted, must be less than 20lbs. No pets of any other kind permitted.
The pool: No food or drink or smoking in the pool, as per Florida Department of Health state statutes. No glass in the pool area. Young children must be supervised.
Amenities: The cabana, grills, fishing docks and even the shuffleboard court is included. In-house laundry is open from 9 AM to 4 PM, and it is quarter operated. The main office has brochures from many of the local attractions and restaurants.
We strive to be a friendly, respectful property! Please, no profanity in the common areas. Treasure Island has a noise ordinance which is strictly enforced—therefore, there can be absolutely no loud music or excessive noise after 11 PM.
Check out is 10:00 AM, and we ask that you wash the dishes and take out the trash. In the event that you need clean sheets or towels during your stay, an additional set will be provided for you at no additional cost.
