After a day of fun and adventure, restful sleep and tranquil moments await! This home sleeps a total of 9 and features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, with two rooms located on the main floor. Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable queen-sized bed complete with a private, ensuite bathroom. Head down the hall to the fun and spacious bunk room featuring (1) full-sized bunk, twin trundle and television - the perfect hangout for the teens and kids in your group. The primary bedroom is located on the top floor as well as a loft and study, open to the living space below. The primary bedroom provides a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with ocean views. Please note, that there is a private living quarter on the ground level that rents separately from the home. If your family is looking for additional space, this may be a great option for you!

Designed for relaxation and fun, this beach home offers a range of outdoor amenities that make the most of its coastal location. With the provided essentials such as beach chairs, sand toys, and wagon, you can effortlessly enjoy your beach days. After fun in the sun and sand, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Take a leisurely bike ride around the neighborhood or challenge your family and friends to a game of ping-pong, darts or cornhole. After catching a sunset over the waterway, fire up the gas grill and savor a delicious meal on the large and newly remodeled deck. There's so much fun to be had, so why wait any longer!? Pack light for your stay! There is a washer/dryer, and all bed linens and bath towels are provided!

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week's stay.
