The condo also offers two convenient storage areas, including a closet on the lanai and an additional storage area near the elevator, providing useful space for golf equipment, beach gear, and other items during an extended stay.

Located on the top floor with elevator access, Par View Palace offers elevated golf course views without requiring stairs to reach the residence.

As part of Waterford in Golf Village, guests enjoy access to a private neighborhood pool in addition to Lexington Country Club's extensive resort-style amenities, including community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness facilities, bocce courts, clubhouse dining, social activities, and the popular Island Club and Tiki Bar.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy Lexington Country Club's championship pay-to-play golf course, with Golf Village guests receiving tee time priority immediately following owners.

Lexington Country Club is a gated community with a manned entrance and community patrol, conveniently located near Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, shopping, dining, grocery stores, medical facilities, and other Southwest Florida attractions.
