Enter into this tudor-style home to find an updated 1940s home, with room for the whole family to hang out. Through the comfortable great room, you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking a full meal. Out the kitchen door to the backyard, you'll find a gas grill, outdoor dining area and room for your pup to roam.

Turn on the twinkle lights to enjoy an evening in the hot tub, or relax with a beverage on the outdoor furniture.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, both featuring a comfy king-sized bed and large walk-in closet. There is a shared full bathroom.

Downstairs, you'll find our newest renovations - The Tangerine Room, with King bed, and the Super Mario themed Game Room with 2 twins! These rooms are naturally cooler for those warm sleepers. You'll also find full washer & dryer in the basement, as well as a full bathroom with shower.

You'll have full access to the home and the yard. No garage or studio access. Ring doorbell camera on front monitors audio/video. Ring camera on garage monitors parking & alley.

This home has full-sized washer & dryer in the basement (guest accessible). There are additional spaces in the basement that are currently unaccessible as they are under renovation for Phase 2 of the Black Diamond Bungalow. (stay tuned, they will be super cool!)
