Welcome to our luxury, sophisticated, spacious and stylish home with views of a beautiful Seattle skyline, Mt. Rainier & Puget Sound located in the Southeast Magnolia neighborhood in Seattle.
Steps to Ella Bailey Park & Magnolia Village w/coffee, dining & shopping. Within driving distance from Smith Cove Park, International Fountain, Seattle Children's Museum, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Olympic Sculpture Park, Kerry Park, Centennial Park and Seattle–Tacoma International Airport.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and chill out in our modern and charming home - both levels feature large format doors that provide a convergence of indoor & outdoor living. This home offers a unique experience that will make your stay unforgettable whether you are in town for business or pleasure!
On the main floor, we have our spacious living room filled with natural light and provides a comfortable and airy atmosphere. Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.
After a fun day of adventure, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need. We have 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom upstairs has a double-sized bed, and a jack & jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized bed and a TV.
There are a lot of great spaces in this home that you can enjoy! We have a family room downstairs with a TV where you and your family can relax or gather, a gym/flex space, pinball machines, shuffleboard table, washer & dryer and a 5-piece custom bathroom with sauna.
A spacious fully-fenced backyard, BBQ propane grill, high-speed WiFi, and 4 driveway spaces in front of the house are all available during your stay!
