Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we truly appreciate you highlighting what you enjoyed, especially the beach and pool access, the secure environment, and those beautiful ocean views. That’s exactly the experience we aim to deliver at Malibu Beachfront Retreat. We also want to address a few of your comments to provide additional context for future guests. The condominium community is part of a larger beachfront complex, and while day-to-day grounds and pool maintenance are managed by the HOA (not directly by our team at Coqui Beach Rentals), we consistently share guest feedback with them to help improve the overall experience. We understand expectations can vary, and we will continue advocating for ongoing enhancements. Regarding the pool furniture, we’ve passed along your observations to the association, as they are responsible for those common-area amenities. Inside the condo, we intentionally focus on creating a comfortable, relaxing space where guests can unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The living room TV is equipped for streaming, which many of our guests prefer; however, we understand that access to live sports can be important for some travelers and appreciate that feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to have the opportunity to host you again. As always, we remain committed to transparency, continuous improvement, and delivering a great guest experience.
