Very peaceful and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay here. I was recovering from surgery and it was the perfect little hideaway for me. Neighbors are nice, and property is clean and comfortable.

The stay was great, the owner was very communicative. The house was very nice and comfortable. The owner left some breakfast foods in the fridge which was very kind. You will need to keep up with cleaning while you are there so you aren't rushing around last minute and risk forgetting things. Overall, great stay.

Host went above and beyond to create a comfortable place to stay. Easy street parking. Plenty of kitchen utensiles and servoce wear. Smaller place, but perfect for two people.

Wonderful Stay in LA

This was such a wonderful stay! Tons of street parking and a nice location. Plenty of space for my and my friends. Has an air mattress for the living room for people to sleep on, has fans in the living room and bedroom, but the cool air at nice was too. The host was super responsive and active in messaging. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Thank you for having us! Me and brother were attending a Valorant Champions event at the Kia Forum, and this place was nearby via car and via the bus. It was a convenient place as well to take transportation to the city of LA. The neighborhood was also quiet at night. The host was also helpful with questions from beginning to end. Also, thank you for the snacks!

Great 'Home Away' From Home!

Willis was a great host and walked me through access to the property from pre-trip to landing to arrival. I was very appreciative of his attentiveness as well as the amenities laid out that were above and pleasantly beyond my expectations. We had a touch of cooler temps, and I ended up using the heat, which was akin to a toasty fireplace, which again, went well beyond expectations. Will certainly be staying here again on my next trip to L.A.

Awesome Gem in LA

The property was stayed at by myself and my brother. This cozy little spot is located within 3 miles of SoFi Stadium for those of you looking for a convenient location to get to the stadium. Our property manager was prompt in responding to communication, answered our questions fully, and made our stay excellent. He even took the time to put some snacks and food in the kitchen for us... Book with confidence, this place is great!

Comfortable accommodation, appreciated the breakfast and cookies that were left. But, the cupboards and fridge need sorting out! They are full to overflowing with food, many of which items have passed their sell by date and lots of other "stuff".

enjoyed the stay!

The apartment is great, it has everything you need. Its very cozy and homey. There is plenty of parking. I loved the location, its so close to many places. I went to the beach and it was only a 15 minute drive. super close to sofi stadium. I even took the bus to sofi stadium instead of paying for the ridiculously parking fee! willis was a great host, will be staying in the future. Thank gain

Great ! Amazing service, friendly owner:)

We stayed three nights. We were there for our daughter's graduation. The appartment's owner is very attentive and friendly. He even bought us breakfast food including eggs, bacon, bread, lunch meat, some veggies and fruits! Some toiletries were provided! He let us use anything we wanted in his kitchen and bathroom. Pretty clean and well taken care of. We would come back:)

Super location for SOFI, we walked home from the concert. About 40 minutes. Most folks weren’t out of the parking lot in that time.

A Gem of a Property!

This was my first time being back in LA in years. Mr. Willis is all about communication. If you need anything, just ask. He is attentive and warm. He also leaves awesome goodies! The property was cozy and nostalgic for me. I know it's listed as an apartment, but it felt like I was in a home it was so spacious. The neighborhood is quite and I slept like a baby during my entire stay. It is located in a central location, so you are not far from all the tourist attractions, So-Fi Stadium, the Forum, etc. I rented a car, so I was able to utilize the street parking as well. Check-In and Check-Out was a breeze. If you are going to be in the area, this is the place to be. Mr. Willis and the property are top notch!

Great communication

Willis was great at communicating, from the check in process to replying during our stay for questions about where to shop for groceries to after when he's still prompt to reply when I inquired if we'd left our daughter's bed time book at the space. Enjoyed the clean place and the considerate touches Willis had in place that made it feel more comfortable and a home away from our home. Thank you Willis!

Nice, clean and functional.

Property was exactly as described. Willis left goodies and breakfast items for us and always responded quickly to our questions. Always easy to find a parking spot. Air conditioning was a little funky but got the job done.
