This property is located in Powder Run - just 2 buildings from Snow Park Lodge and the base of Deer Valley Resort! Literally across the street from front parking lot!

The Space -

Kitchen: Open concept kitchen with Granite Counter tops, electric stove/ oven, and its own wine fridge!

Living room/ Dining: Spacious living room with gas start, wood burning fireplace, Smart TV with both Cable and Roku, and twin sleeper sofa. two huge sliding doors out to balconies drench the interior with natural light. Dining room table has room for 6. There is also extra bar top seating.

There is also a powder room located just to the right of the entrance.

Laundry Area: Located just outside the kitchen with front load washer and dryer. Start of laundry detergent will be provided.
