This apartment is on the second floor of a three-unit building. Guests have exclusive access to the entire floor, including a private rear patio/deck. Please note: Access involves climbing two sets of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
IMPORTANE NOTES AND POLICIES:
➤ ID Requirement: The primary guest (who made the reservation) must provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. We strictly follow building policies to ensure the safety of all tenants and guests.
➤ Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables after the initial supply is used.
➤ Noise Monitoring: A decibel sensor is installed to help maintain a peaceful environment for permanent residents and guests. It does not record audio.
➤ Alternate Accommodations: If this unit is unavailable for your dates, please contact us — we may have other options in the building.
➤ Pets: Pets are welcome with certain breed restrictions (including, but not limited to, Mastiff, Pitbull, Rottweiler, and Doberman Pinscher). A photo and $150 pet fee per pet are required prior to check-in.
➤Quiet Hours: 9PM - 9AM
➤Check-out: 10AM
➤Check-in: Flexible after 4pm
《 RESERVATION POLICY 》
➤We require the primary guest (the one making the reservation) to provide their government ID prior to check-in. Please be aware that we strictly adhere to the building policies and stay requirements for the safety of other guests and the community.
《 SECURITY DEPOSIT 》
➤Please note that a $750 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card upon booking. This is a security deposit and is not an actual charge. The hold will be automatically released after your stay, provided there are no damages or violations.
《 NO PARTIES》
➤There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
《 PETS 》
➤Animal photo is required. An additional $150 (USD) cleaning fee is required due to additional work for the cleaning crew. Breed restrictions apply. Pets must be registered prior to check-in. Evidence of pets unregistered pets will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.
《 NO SMOKING 》
➤Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.
《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》
All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.
《 SECURITY CAMERA 》
➤Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》
➤ Check-out times are strictly enforced unless arranged and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid disruption to upcoming reservations. Guests who fail to check out by 10:00 AM will be charged a $50.00/hr late checkout fee, as our cleaning team operates on a tight schedule.
➤ Unauthorized Late Checkout: Staying past the scheduled check-out time without prior approval will result in a $50/hour penalty. If the overstay exceeds 2 hours, a full additional cleaning fee may be applied.
《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》
➤Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals.
《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》
➤Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
《 GARBAGE 》
➤Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the outdoor bins. Recycling and Garbage must be separated accordingly. Garbage is picked up weekly on Tuesdays, and Recycling is picked up bi-weekly on Tuesdays.
《 LIGHTS 》
➤ Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
