This apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. You'll find a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen pullout couch. Situated in a newly renovated building, accessing the space requires just a few steps.
For added convenience, off-street parking is available for $15/night, located 100 yards from the apartment door. We highly recommend this option as street parking is permit-only and limited.
Inside, you'll have access to the entire apartment, which offers complete privacy with no shared spaces. Additionally, a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: We value peace and respect for our neighbors. All guests must be accounted for on the reservation. Only confirmed guests are allowed unless agreed upon otherwise. Unauthorized gatherings, damage, or disturbance will result in fines and possible eviction, as per the booking platform’s policy.
No Pets: We maintain a pet-dander-free environment and kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets. Fees will apply for unauthorized pets.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the home. A fine, plus costs for smoke odor removal, will be applied. Guests may smoke outside and are required to clean up after themselves. Additional fees will apply for any left-behind messes.
Communication: All correspondence should be kept within Airbnb’s messaging platform for the quickest response times and proper documentation. Our team monitors the Airbnb app 24/7, making it the best place to reach out—even for urgent matters. For true emergencies that require immediate in-person action, a phone number will be provided on the day of check-in. Please use this number for emergencies only.
No Illegal Activity: Our priority is the safety of all guests. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No Visitors Without Consent: All guests must be included in the reservation. Visitors not listed must be approved in advance. Unauthorized visitors that result in occupancy limit violations, excessive noise, or property misuse may lead to eviction, in line with Airbnb policy.
Check-in at 4 PM: You’ll receive check-in instructions from Airbnb on the day of arrival, granting access at 4 PM. Early check-in may be possible based on our cleaners’ schedule; please inquire the day before your check-in.
Checkout by 10 AM: Our cleaners will arrive promptly, and late checkout may incur a fee of $50 per hour. Late checkouts may be accommodated based on our cleaners’ schedule; please inquire the day before checkout.
Leave the Place as You Found It: Help us maintain our home by replacing all furniture to its original location and following checkout instructions. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
Please note: The cleaning fee covers the professional preparation of the home for your arrival—it does not include cleaning up after your departure. We ask that you leave the space in reasonable condition out of respect for our team and future guests.
You Break It, You Buy It: Please report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for damages.
Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 9 AM on weekends. Disregard may lead to eviction.
Cameras: For security, exterior cameras are actively recording audio and video. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.
Filming Permissions: Permission is required for filming on the property for uses beyond personal use.
Cancellations / Trip Alterations: Our cancellation policy will be upheld as stated at the time of booking. This applies to both cancellations and any trip alterations, including early departures. We strongly recommend trip insurance to protect against unexpected changes or disruptions to your travel plans.
We refund 100% of our host payout for eligible cancellations; however, third-party platform and payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are charged directly by Airbnb or other payment providers and are beyond our control. They will not exceed 14% of the total paid by the guest. Extensions to your trip are always welcomed and can be requested through the platform.
Supplies: We provide starter essentials for your convenience. Please replenish any additional items needed for the remainder of your stay.
Liabilities: We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings during your stay. This includes damage to vehicles on or off the property and towing.
Packages and Mail: We do not accept responsibility for any mail or packages sent to the property before, during, or after your stay. We recommend arranging deliveries to an alternative address or secure pickup location.
Children’s Safety: Children must be supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for any necessary baby-proofing.
Photo ID: We may request a government-issued photo ID and/or check-in form to help confirm your reservation. While this is not required by Airbnb, providing this information helps us ensure a secure and seamless experience for all guests.
Fee Disclosure: A small nightly “Resort Fee” is included in your total. This fee does not increase the nightly rate; it simply allows us to track the cost of guest essentials, consumables, and 24/7 guest support separately for accounting purposes. Airbnb requires all mandatory fees to be disclosed, and the “Resort Fee” category was the most appropriate option available.
