This kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasherâmake cooking & meal prep feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.
SLEEPING AREA: Down the hallway youâll find the bedroom that blends industrial charm with unique touches, creating a one-of-a-kind retreat. This bedroom is uniquely enclosed by sleek glass walls and doors, creating an immersive, almost gallery-like feel that fully encompasses the space while maintaining an open connection to the rest of the apartment. Framed by exposed brick and massive industrial-style windows, the space features a king-size bed backed by a vibrant multicolored cube dividerâadding both personality and function, and side tables, with a lamp and white noise machine. This bedroom features a convenient desk area, perfect for work or catching up on emails, while two spacious closets complete the room.

Just past the bedroom, you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting living area that effortlessly balances comfort and style. Framed by oversized windows and exposed brick, this space feels both industrial and warm. Original antique decorative doors add a unique touch of history and charm to the room. Relax on the sofa or chair, watch TV on the mounted flat screen, and enjoy city views right from your seat.
BATHROOM:
In the hallway the full bathroom features a walk-in glass shower and vanity with exposed brick walls adding style and character. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
THE BUILDING:
This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have one free dedicated off-street parking spot in our driveway.
