Fabulous house for entertaining family and friends and location, location, location - historic Plaza Midwood near central Charlotte.

Before reading further please keep in mind:
- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays.
- We live nearby so we are available, if needed!
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.
- Minimum age requirement to book our home is 25+ years old.

While this may feel restrictive, these guidelines are in place to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the area. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music or loud talking to a peaceful noise level to respect our neighbors.


Spacious, bright and luxurious three-level home including a kitchen that is a chef's dream with a large quartz island, entertaining space indoor and outdoor with surround sound, large family/dining area, back porch with 75' Smart TV, grill and fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs. Bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, dining areas seat 18 and all new furniture and mattresses.

Amazing Gym!! Bring your Peloton shoes! Separate from the house with a/c, large sliding doors, machines/free weights and yoga equipment.

Hardwood floors throughout except upstairs bedrooms. Carefully selected furniture, linens and high-quality appliances, fixtures and bathroom amenities for those items you may have forgotten.

All bedrooms other than the primary (only USB ports) include nightstands with charging function - arranged with 2 Standard AC Outlets and 2 USB ports. All bedrooms have luggage racks and ceiling fans.

All bathrooms include hair dryers/diffusers, Ginger Lily products for hair and body (animal cruelty free), and little extras for those products you may have forgotten.

First Floor:

pots/pans, blender/food processor, espresso machine, coffee maker, cooking utensils, cheese
knives/boards, serving dishes - indoor/outdoor sets available.
* First aid kit under bar sink and fire extinguisher under kitchen sink
* Kitchen seating: Table for 6 and 6 stools at island
* Bar room: complete with wine and cocktail glasses and all amenities needed for cocktails
* Sonoma Bedroom: Queen bed, 48' Smart TV, side tables with charging/USB portals, large
closet and can close barn door to connecting bathroom at night
* Bathroom: shower, makeup light, amenities
* Mud room: perfect spot to store your shoes, coats. Umbrellas and pet supplies provided

2nd Floor

*Primary bedroom (Central Park) has vaulted ceilings, fan and large high windows allowing tons of light and views of the tall trees surrounding the house. Restoration Hardware furniture, king bed, black out shades, 65" Smart tv, workstation, large bathroom with heated floors, dual shower heads, cast iron soaking tub, two sinks, separate toilet area and large walk-in closet.

Third Floor - Hidden Hayloft
*Large, bright loft, 48" Smart tv (swivels), two full size beds, L-shaped couch with pull-out queen-
size bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Skylight in room (with shutters) and bathroom.

Gym
*Indoor gym with large doors/windows on two sides for tons of light, a/c, bathroom and shower, t
towels. Includes Peloton, Smith machine that can work the entire body, bar bell, dumbbells, kettle
bells, jump boxes, Bosu ball, stability ball, yoga mats, blocks, various size foam rollers.

Outdoor Space
* Front porch - 3-seater couch, 2 sliding seats, 2 rocking chairs, ceiling fan and gas lamp
* Back patio: 75' Smart TV, seating for 7 pus folding chairs, ceiling fan, heat lamp, grill, natural looking green wall with white lights to provide privacy and evening ambiance.
* Large and secured backyard.

Plaza Midwood restaurants/shops/breweries/bars: Less than 1 mile. Social district starts 0.3 miles with 17 participating venues. Local events held just about every weekend, ranging from art crawls to chili contests! Central Ave and Commonwealth are packed with family-friendly businesses but transform in the evening for nightlife.

Jaunt service will service a 1-mile radius of The Plaza Midwood Business District. You can text for pick up - seats 5 including well trained pets.

Please pick up your pets' waste and do not allow pets on the furniture or beds. If they are not trained, please put blankets on furniture. There is a $400 fine for not obeying pet rules.

We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security. The external cameras are located (ring front doorbell, front of house, back of house). External noise monitor is located only to detect long, sustained noises that may disturb neighbors.

Please do not drive over the back lawn or park on it. $500 fine for breaking this rule to reseed and fix the garden.

*Smoking
This is a non-smoking house, including vapes. Guests can smoke outdoors (not on the porches) but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts or cigars. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors.
