Our neighborhood is a gentrified area in the heart of Charlotte’s growth — expect a mix of renovated homes, new construction, and long-standing neighbors from all walks of life. City sounds (like car traffic) are expected. If that’s not your vibe, we recommend exploring other parts of town.
There is a railroad crossing within a mile, you will hear the train horn while outside, inside you will hear the train muffled noise.

You have access to our full home. There are 2 closets that are for our cleaning staff inventory, and a shed in the backyard that are locked and guests don't have access to it.

After booking, guests must sign our rental agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID via our secure link.

📦 Check-Out Instructions
Before leaving, please:
Load and run the dishwasher or wash used dishes
Remove all food from fridge and take trash to outdoor bins
Return all moved items to original places
If your dog was on beds/furniture, kindly lint roll those areas (lint rollers not provided) to avoid any extra cleaning fees.
No need to strip beds — we’ll handle it!

No loud conversations or gatherings in the yard or driveway during this time.

Local soundtrack included: There’s an active railroad crossing nearby. You’ll hear the train pass through—outside for sure, and much more muffled, somewhat inside. The horn sounds a few times as it goes by, which can be part of the area’s nostalgic charm. It’s not constant, but we want you to feel well-informed, so there are no surprises.
