The Space:
Little Harbor Sunset Retreat boasts roomy accommodations: with a King bed in the primary suite, a walk in closet, and a garden soaking tub, a queen bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Cable, internet, WiFi and all amenities included.
Outdoor Bliss: This destination resort type lifestyle offers an on-site white sand & secluded beach, 2 waterfront restaurants (Sunset Grill & Bar and/or Hooks), both offer land and sea dishes, an awesome waterfront tiki bar with LIVE MUSIC, a truly amazing nightly sunset, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, an exercise gym, pickleball/tennis courts, corn hole, basketball court, access to a game room with arcade games, a dog park, bocce ball court, a fishing pier, a kayak launch, 2 deep water marinas on-site with the opportunity to book a fishing charter or a boat rental. • Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 in damages done to the property.
• Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
• Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Any stays exceeding 30 days will require a mid-stay cleaning after the 14 day mark at the guests expense for change of linens and light cleaning.
