Little Harbor is approximately 45 minutes South of Tampa (TPA) tucked away just West of Ruskin , FL. 124 acres with 3 miles of waterfront, 1/2 mile of West-facing butter-soft white sand of which is private to owners and their guests. With two marinas, 250 foot fishing pier, heated pool with hot tub, basketball courts, beach volleyball, two restaurants, plus local golf and family theme parks- what more do you need for the ideal vacation.

This modern 1900sq ft. retreat is just the place to relax in style! It’s in an optimal location for quiet privacy yet close enough you can walk to the beach for sun-downers and a glimpse at the green flash as the sun retreats after another perfect day.
There are multiple sleeping arrangements and I’m adding new stuff constantly.
New additions are: crib, high chair, 8 person monster dining table with two leafs, twin rollaway bed and two plush self-inflating air mattresses for the kids slumber party. There is also a king and two queens for the adults to enjoy their time as well!
Lots of toys in the garage. FYI the AC thermostat will be locked at 73f. You will need to request a lower temperature under special circumstances
The Little Harbor Marina is just to the east for all your outdoor enthusiast needs.

The location, host, and property were extremely nice. We had a problem, it was too cold in the unit, and the host was extremely responsive. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so for 3 sixty-five year old men that was perfect! Plus my buddies 90 year old father came too! We hope to be able to make our stay an annual event!

Very well stocked with everything a family would need! The manatee in the back yard was an added bonus. The hosts have gone over and above to provide amenities to make our stay wonderful! Only complaint was the smell of dog throughout the house, however with the doors open it aired out.

Plenty of supplies already in the condo.Very clean. Some glitches with the appliances during the stay but owner replaced washer/dryer and refunded us 1 days rent for the inconvenience. Loved seeing the manatees each morning from our balcony.

A Relaxing Few Weeks

The condo is very comfortable and clean. Everything you'd need is there from kitchenware to toys in the garage to beach towels and games. Very quiet community and well kept condo. So pretty, we will be back!

Hidden gem with great sunset views.

Excellent location being within 40 min of Siesta Key beach and St. Pete’s. World class fishing within minutes as well. Access locally on site to private beach and pool. Owners take pride in their property and their customers. Couldn’t have had had a better experience 5 Stars!!! Will be back soon and highly recommended.

We stayed and played

Overall the condo was very nice and in a good location. We were missing a 4th bed as the listing described. You cannot adjust the temperature of the condo, the thermostat is locked, this made for warm sleeping conditions. I also did not like the host/guest interactions and felt this was not an ideal vacation rental situation.

Thanks Nick If you were not satisfied then why am I seeing this here? During your stay would be more appropriate. I suggested you keep the doors open during the evening since it was in the mid 60's. If I unlock the AC guests typically lower it as low as it will go and pop the breaker. Then I need to need maintenance out and they never respond at 3am. I would suggest you try to remedy a nonacceptable situation when its happening, not after the fact. Thanks J-

1). Rule to keep AC at 73 degrees. Told unit was old and breaker will flip2).Kitchen was dirty upon arrival. A lot of food was left in fridge and freezer. 3).Very dim lighting throughout entire unit4).Entry rug was filthy. First thing we saw upon entering the unit.5). My suggestion to you is next time stay in a hotel. Your expectations are a bit high for a vacation rental at this price point. You got a great deal for a 3 / 3. Go stay at a 3 star hotel for double to triple.

It was a great stay and the beach toys were a great extra. Paddle board and kayaks were fun and the water is smooth so easy to handle...There are three flights of stairs so you do get your exercise..LOL But it was a great stay,,,

What a great property, comfortable beds, great community.wonderful Manatees in your own backyard. 2 fun restaurants on property, you can even see dolphins playing by Hooks. Rent a bout at little harbor marina, just a quick walk. See Captain Roger, great guy to deal with. Jason was so great quick to respond to our Television problems. All in all it was a great week.

Monster in the Backyard
