We have electronic locks at our listings. Guests will be provided with their unique access code on the morning of their arrival.

Summerville is “at the heart of it all” as the ideal & central location of the Lowcountry. Summerville sits in the center between downtown Charleston and our historic plantations as well as many local beaches.

We are located 22 miles from downtown Charleston and 33 miles from the nearest beach.

The Charleston Airport is 12 miles from our listing.

Are your rates negotiable?
Unfortunately, no. You can't put a price on great memories! We extend a 10% discount on all stays 7+ nights or more and a 15% discount on stays 28+ days or more. The discount will automatically be applied at the checkout screen.

Are any of the inside spaces shared?
Our main home consists of private suites. Each suite has its own space and entrance.

I work remotely, is there wifi?
Yes, we provide wifi in all of our listings. We have hosted several remote workers over the years and have not had a report of weak wifi.
