Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
First impressions were not great. When we arrived it smelled of “wet dog” everywhere in living area. We bought some fabreeze to help but all the cousins seemed damp. Until they dried out about our third day. The “kitchen” was limited to a coffee bar, microwave and a mini fridge in the bedroom area, not ideal but it did all work well. Additionally, there was an obvious roof leak and plaster missing over the couch in the ceiling. There was also chipping/bubbled paint on main interior wall as well. I realize it’s an older house, but it seems like all the floor are uneven and need extensive work to correct. The clawfoot tub/shower was not great. If showering,’it just dumps water on floor around tub. There needs to be an inner liner so water doesn’t further ruin the beautiful floors. The shrubs around parking area really need trimmed back to accommodate all guests. Additionally, it would be WONDERFUL if it were either pavement or concrete to accommodate rolling luggage for guests. All that said, the bed was Exceptionally comfortable! The water pressure was great, the TV worked great with many show options, and the couches were very comfy. Overall we had a nice stay, it was very convenient to the downtown areas which is GREAT!
