The first floor features a welcoming entryway. The first-floor bedroom and bathroom are accessible through the garage. No cars permitted in the garage. On the second floor, you`ll find the luxurious primary bedroom with a California King bed, plush linens, elegant decor, an en suite bathroom, and large windows showcasing beautiful ocean views. The cozy second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for guests or family. This floor has an additional well-appointed bathroom with modern fixtures and a refreshing shower.
