Our second floor condo is just steps from the Atlantic Ocean with stunning views from the patio. Please note our condo requires the use of stairs. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises nor is underage drinking. The shared pool is open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. In an effort to be a good neighbor, events and parties are not permitted. There is a token-operated washer and dryer available and tokens can be purchased through the office.

Occasionally, dependent upon our cleaning schedule and other bookings, we might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out (up to 3:00 pm for late). 12:00 pm -1:59 pm for early check-in and 1:01 pm - 3:00 pm for late check-out would be $50 each.

On departure day, we kindly ask that you wash any used dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. Empty the refrigerator. Please place used dish, beach & bath towels on the bathroom floor. Strip sheets from the beds that were occupied and place atop beds. Remember to turn things off, close windows and exterior doors. Lastly, lease place the key/s in the lockbox and close the door.
