The house is located on a quiet street, local traffic only. Tons of tiny frogs in the yard. Catching them makes for great entertainment for kids (and adults!)

Note: This home is a duplex, my mother lives next door with her friendly blue heeler named Blue —he loves kids and might ask to join in the fun, though the yards are securely separated.
