Convenient

Great stay at Joe and Debra's condo. They were incredibly responsive and their instructions were spot on! Their building connects to MGM which makes it easy to get to strip without walking out to roads. It's very convenient to everything. The pool area was clean and all the service was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

Fantastic Place to Stay!

Everything was GREAT! The location is amazing, little farther away from the strip for some quiet, but an easy walk out through the MGM or a short walk to the monorail that runs the entire strip. Communication with owners was fantastic as well. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The location was perfect. Close to the monorail and the strip but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed.

Great experience

Great communication! Easy checkin and checkout process. Connected to MGM Grand via 5 minute walk. Valet parking is wonderful. Amazing experience all the way around! We will definitely not hesitate to use this rental again!! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay and the place is quite nice with plenty of space. Not a bad walk to monorail or places on the strip, but be prepared if in the heat of summer that you will get your steps in!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was clean and spacious. The hosts were great at communicating what we needed so the check in went smoothly. The property is close to the strip and had direct access to the monorail which we used to get around the strip.

Cab driver knew right where the property was located, easy check in, great smelling lobby, awesome 21 older pool and lounging poolside. Beautiful suite with view of strip. Highly recommend. Great walk through MGM casino to strip!

Truly everything you need right in your suite. Beautifully decorated with plenty of area to move about and not feel overwhelmed. Huge bathroom, separate bar, kitchen has everything you need as well. Key needed in the elevator to access upper floors so no one is up there who shouldn’t be — big plus! We had a wonderful relaxing stay and would love to stay there again. Thank you!

Best Vegas Trip Ever!

Had a terrific time. The condo was in a great location for me. I enjoy walking, and looked forward to a trip to the Strip. The view was excellent and took advantage of it by cocktailing by the window and enjoyed the lights coming into view. And to cap everything else, was very lucky at Blackjack. Thank You, Gordon D.

Ideal location

The Signature Towers are in a fantastic location, and Tower 1 is the most ideal. Imagine getting off the elevator and walking just a few steps to your door, not a mile! This room was very convenient to the MGM and the monorail station. The room is comfy with a small kitchenette and nice bath with walk-in shower. We had a great week, bought a monorail pass and got to see several casinos and shows. Management is professional and very responsive! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tower 1 clean no carpet

Though blower dryer didn’t work they sent one up immediately. Always responsive to needs. Front desk that has nothing to do with VRBO. Was untrusting and questioned everything. Alittle weird We will stay again

Joe and Deborah are super communicative! A series of perfectly timed auto-messages guide you through check-in, check-out, and property nuances - ideal for the self-sufficient. This room was closer to the convention center than the hotel rooms. Also, bigger and with more amenities. I'd 100% stay here again and will never stay in regular MGM rooms again - the nights I stayed were a fraction of the price of the MGM rooms making it a local score for me. -Cheers

MGM suite

The bed was not comfortable for us but that's so personal. Not a tremendous amount of hot water...but, when you could get it a soak in the tub was amazing.Some cleanliness concerns in suite related to the housekeeping service. Property manager was very prompt to offer additional cleaning and address concerns. We stayed over during a holiday weekend and local construction created a bit of delay getting in/out of facility. Tip: if you stay for 7 days or longer you can use the laundry services. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your review Trisha! The bed features a memory foam mattress. Most guests love it - but it's not for everyone. When the resort is at capacity, and everybody is taking a shower, it might take 10 minutes for the building boilers to replenish hot water.

Great location, easy communication with owners

Three of us stayed in Joe and Debra’s unit on the 16th floor in Tower 1. It was nice to be connected to the MGM without the smoke, but just steps to everything g MGM offered (as well as the strip!) Starbucks on the first floor. Excellent communication with the owners, comfortable beds and pillows, and the person that slept on the sofa bed wanted to highlight that it was the most comfortable sofa sleeper! The pool at this tower is adults only (we appreciated that). High winds forced us to the Tower 2 pool and then the MGM pool(s). All easily accessible. Would definitely return.

Good

The hotel was full but you old never say because it was so quite there . The location was great . We thought we had a balcony with the condo but it didn’t. The unit itself was beautiful and up to date. The only thing I would have liked is a bigger coffee maker as my wife and I like our coffee in the mornings , we went to Starbucks. I will recommend this condo to my friends who will be going to Vegas. Thanks

Nice place, would rent direct next time and pay after the stay instead of up front well in advance.

Good: nice room and view, Starbucks, laundry room, workout room, little store, attached to MGM, nice little bar.....Bad: Pool was supposed to be open but was closed entire time, bathroom tv didn’t work, long walk to the strip, bathroom faucets leak at handles, needed to pay extra for room cleaning if wanted, 15 day reservation was divided into 3 reservations by owner?...why....had to stand in line and re-register and get new keys every time a real pain. Had to pay $150 fee to Home Away for finding us our place, asked owner they verified?? In conclusion, reserve your room direct from MGM/Signature instead of from the Signature owners. You may have to pay MGM Resort fees.... but between paying owners well in advance for your stay, paying a $150 Home Away fee, paying very expensive costs for room cleaning....your cost will more than balance out. Then... the MGM staff will be able help you instead of being told constantly to call the owner.

Unfortunately, there are a few facts that were omitted in your review: Please check room rates directly on the hotel or any travel website and verify that our rates are significantly below advertised rates; it’s not uncommon to save between 20% to 70% of hotel advertised rates! * By renting with a private owner, the studio isn’t serviced by the hotel daily house cleaning. This is one of the ways you get save money compared to booking through the hotel. On resort fees alone, you saved over $550 on your trip. :) Many guests enjoy the use of free washing machines if they need to wash linens or clothes. In any case, a professional cleaning team is on stand by in case you request a cleaning. *There are 7 pools currently available and open in the resort; unfortunately the pool nearest to the studio was temporarily closed for emergency maintenance. *We requested and never received your authorization to enter and change the TV during your stay with us. We respect your privacy and are not at liberty to enter my property without your permission. In any case, we would love the opportunity to host you again and address any issues you communicate with us! :) Joe
