-Please note there are 2 exterior facing cameras - one looking over backyard one looking over front yard.

-Please note that if your stay exceeds 13 days, the cleaning fee will be doubled.

-This property is waterfront, but boats cannot be docked in the water. You are welcome to bring a boat on a trailer. A boat launch is just a few miles away.



Private Golf Cart Rental available for $100/day - please let us know after booking if you would like to opt in to use it!

*Must pay for every day of your stay to use golf cart

* Must refill with gas upon check out



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
