Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.

The public Canmore Roam Bus is also a great way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore.

-We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest's use.

-The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 6.5 ft.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-A water shutdown is scheduled for Thursday, May 1st between 11 am and 3 pm.

1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Great Location

The condo was as advertised and is a great location as a base for exploring Canmore and Banff. The condo was very clean and although we had some hiccups with the heat, the owners were very responsive and accommodating in helping to correct the issue quickly.

Stay February 2025

The unit was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, and pots/pan. Lots of towels as well. Very handy to have washing machine and dryer in the unit. We communicated with the host prior to our stay and the host was quick to respond to our questions. We did not check our email during our stay - when we came home, we saw the host emailed us every day during our stay to make sure we were ok and did not have any concerns. Thank you for checking up on us! Our stay was awesome!!!

Skijoring

Went booked with short notice to take in the Snowdays and the Skijoring event in Banff.Didn't check the height restriction on the indoor parking, but our stock chev 2500 was too tall, but there was parking around the back, with easy access to the lobby/elevators.The place was great, kitchen had everything we needed, main bedroom was spacious with a full bathroom, the second bedroom has a nice big closet, but the layout wasn't the best, you had to step over the corner of the bed to get in the closet. We had planned to have 5 adults and 3 kids, but ended up with 4 adults and 2 kids, so we never used the hide a bed in the living room. Turns out the out tub was under construction, so we never got to use it, maybe next time. Lots to do in the area, great hiking, shopping and site seeing....can't wait to get back Thanks for sharing your Condo....
