You arrived right after Hurricane Isaias came though our area so perhaps you would not have been able to enjoy everything that Navarre Beach has to offer. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated how clean and well stocked the condo was. Navarre Beach is pure beach paradise - with my condo right on the beach, you can enjoy unsurpassed open ocean views. Yes, Navarre Beach does have limited restaurants and retail, primarily because it is intentionally developed as a quiet, low-density residential, and natural "hidden gem”. It has a genuinely laid-back vibe and was never meant to be a tourist trap like neighboring Destin or Pensacola. As you rightly pointed out, there are quite a few restaurants and retail stores just within a 10 minute drive from the condo. I appreciate your feedback that the condo has some older features. You would have also noticed that the kitchen has been updated with new countertops and cabinets. Likewise with both bathrooms. I am looking at updating other aspects of the condo also very soon. Meeting my guests’ expectations and ensuring their comfort is my topmost priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work and attention to detail my staff and I put in every day. As you noted, the living room has a new sofa - I have updated the pictures which now show this sofa. I have noted your comments about updating the decor - I will be replacing the bedspreads with quilts as you have suggested. And will also look at getting a new TV stand as soon as possible I am so glad you appreciated how spacious the condo was. It is so nice to have the room to truly relax when you are vacationing with your family and friends. The Regency building’s staff, other owners and guests all play a big part in creating a very welcoming community and ensuring you have a wonderful time during your stay.
