4 MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE BEACH!! Located in the heart of Pacific Beach, Sunny San Diego! We have a 2 bedroom and 1 bath, which can accommodate up to 6 guests! Our home is newly renovated, and everything we have inside is brand new. We designed this place with You in mind. San Diego is such a beautiful city with amazing amenities. This unit is in ideal vicinity to the Beach, Gaslamp, amazing food, and a variety of different music spots! We also have a fully stocked kitchen for our guest who would like a nice home cooked meal.

We have designed this luxurious and charming home to have all of your essential needs while you stay. We have a fully stocked kitchen, with pots, pans, plates, bowls, wine, glasses, coffee pot, and more!

San Diego is such an amazing and beautiful city, full of fun things to do! This unit is in ideal vicinity to the beach, fantastic food, and great varieties of music.

With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, we can accommodate up to 6 guest! Let us provide you with the perfect staycation experience. Kick back and relax in this cozy stylish space. We designed this place with You in mind.

LIVING ROOM

Sink into the sofa after a long and adventurous day by watching a movie\show on our SMART 65" TV included! If you would like additional streaming services, please remember your passwords. Our comfy sofa turns into a bed as well, so if you have an extra guest, please feel free to bring them with you!

DINING AREA

Enjoy a wonderful meal with family and friends at our beautiful table that will fit you comfortably.

KITCHEN

Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a gas stove, oven, and a full size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Of course we have a coffee bar, and tea with all the sugar, creamer, and substitutes you need. Toaster, Baking Sheets, Olive Oil, and much more! Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

BEDROOM ONE

This cozy bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a 55" SMART TV, one bedside lamp, a ceiling fan, closet, and memory foam mattress!

BATH ROOM

The main bathroom has a shower-tub combination, single vanity including 1 hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

GUEST BEDROOM

We have 2 full comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses. It's equipped with a 50" SMART TV, 1 bedside lamp with 3 shelves, ceiling fan, 1 dresser, and closet with mirrors!


PETS

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at this time.

-The Beach is just blocks away, 4 minute drive or 14 minute walk.

-Explore one of the worlds largest Zoo in Balboa Park, about 10 miles from our home.

-Downtown San Diego is less than 15 minutes from our home.

-Airport is 6.6 miles away from our home.

-Sea World is a theme park located 8 minutes from our home.
