The location was perfect! We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. House had plenty of space for us to spread out and a great fenced in yard for our pups. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

A nice house with comfortable beds and baths. Large dining and lounging spaces. But what made it amazing was the location. Walkable to the water, restaurants, shopping, parks. We enjoyed not having to drive many places as so much was walkable.

Loved the location - just a quick stroll into Hyde Park. The home was a cute craftsman with plenty of room and a nice fenced in backyard for relaxing and letting the dogs play. Extremely fast, responsive, and helpful communications from the property manager. This is our new rental of choice for vaisits to Hyde Park area.

We had a wonderful time visiting Tampa for the first time and staying in this lovely home in a great neighborhood. We were close to everything we needed and wanted to do. There is an awesome playground one block from the house that our grandkids enjoyed. We walked two blocks to Hyde Park and had access to shops, restaurants and coffee places, which was great. We visited the Children's Museum, which was a just a short drive away. There was a Publix nearby for supplies and we could walk to the Aldis. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. We will definitely stay here if we make it back to Tampa again.

Everything you need but with the proximity to Hyde Park Village, we weren't there much! It's only a few blocks from amazing restaurants, shops and Bayshore Blvd to walk along the water. Plenty of space, a cute backyard & front porch, great water pressure, we slept well, and everything went very smoothly. Hosts were quick to respond, accommodating and kind and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great neighborhood

Overall our short stay was really enjoyable. The neighborhood is great and walkable to restaurants and shopping. There is also a dog park not to far out puppy enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay at this house - the location is ideal - we didn't need our car at all. Everything inside was clean, comfortable, in working order, and well stocked. Communication with host was friendly and responsive. While we didn't need anything, it was clear they were available should we have had any issues. We would definitely return on a future visit.

This is an older house with all of the memories of my grandmothers house. Comfortable and a place for all of your necessities. The location is awesome and walking is the easier way to get around. Having my pup and my family along made it a fun trip.

Location is two blocks from Hyde Park shoppes/restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe/quiet. Home was very clean/spacious. Beds felt new and comfy/clean. The best part: 2 long sofas chairs in LR for all of us to sit! Most places have one sofa… :/ An official fan! Will ask to come back!

Fantastic location, comfy beds (my husband said he hasn’t gotten that great of a sleep in a long time!), great showers, clean towels & bedding, well stocked kitchen and so much character and history!! We loved all of the pictures of sailboats & Tampa history. The yard was perfect for our dog. And we had an unexpected gaming console with ms Pac-Man and galaga which was so fun!! We LOVED our stay!! Great house, clean with plenty of room for our family of 4 plus my mom. Perfect location, less than 5 minute walk to Hyde Park shopping and 10 minute walk to Bayshore. Back yard is super cute, though the rain kept us from utilizing it. Definitely recommend staying here.

Location is superb. Communication was fantastic. Layout of house is perfect for 7-10 people. The house is over 100 years old, and many parts of it have not been updated since then (or mid century at best). Almost-thread-bare-towels, kitchen cabinets/drawers that stick, dirty pots and pans, missing light bulbs, are just some of many signs that nice (or even average) amenities are not a priority.
