This welcoming New Hampshire home features spacious living rooms both upstairs and down stairs to include tv's with cable/DVD, stereo system, and many board games. Large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. One king size master bedroom, two queen size bedrooms; as well as a bedroom equipped to sleep a family of four which includes a queen size bed with two twin beds built into the wall above. Laundry room with washer and dryer off master bedroom. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board provided. Over extended deck for entertaining. Fire Pit. Beach/Lake access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc.... Small dogs considered upon approval from owner. Free Wi-Fi Please note linens and towels are not provided. As always, the home was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed. We were a group of 7 ladies on our annual shopping trip. Although it seems each year we spend less time shopping and more time relaxing. There is plenty of room and we were all very comfortable. We plan to be back again next year!

Fabulous vaca home

Great Thanksgiving Stay

House was exactly as described. Well furnished with plenty of seating and room to spread out. Nice location close to North Conway. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Overall great property.

Long weekend

This property was awesome. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. The decor was very cozy and inviting. The owners were very responsive and I couldn’t be happier. Would highly reccomend and hope to stay again in the future.

We are first time renters as a family of 4 and our 7yr Shitzu Brady. The communication with Jenn & Rocco was always great! When we arrived my first impression was how spotless the house was and how great it smelled. Their home is supplied with everything you could possibly need. We loved the decor, view and the spacious rooms. We skied Cranmore and King Pine during February vacation break. Both are in reasonable distance. We have 2 girls aged 16 and 12. As they entered the house they ran to all the rooms screaming “this place is awesome”! They loved that every room had a TV , so they didn’t have to fight over which room they would take. I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the Spring! We hope we can become seasonal renters! We read the guest book and so many people our repeat renters and we understand why. The price and the hospitality makes people come back. We were so pleased with everything and we thank Rocco and Jenn for sharing your beautiful home! We purchased this particular home due to its peaceful, woodsy location. We liked that it is far enough away to relax yet close enough to the lakes, mountains, recreation and shopping areas.

We fell in love with this home's large window views to watch the snow fall in the winter, the trees bud in the spring and the leaves turn beautiful colors in the fall. The decks are accommodating to an early morning wake up or night time star gazing off the master bedroom, lounging in the sun throughout the day off the mid section to a great family dinner off the kitchen watching the sunset.
