Guests have full access to the entire house and both front and back yards. There’s also an in-law suite on the back left side with its own private entrance, listed separately. If you’d like to book both spaces or have any questions, I’m happy to help!

This home is in a quiet, safe residential area of West Palm Beach, close to Lake Worth Beach and Delray Beach. Please be considerate of neighbors after 11 PM.

There are two parks within walking distance — one perfect for soccer, volleyball, and picnics, and another just a 3-minute walk away that’s a popular evening spot for families.

You’ll notice a car parked neatly in the corner of the property — that’s the owner’s vehicle. It doesn’t take up guest space or affect parking access, but I like to mention it for full transparency.
