*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

Good for a short stay

My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights since we decided to come early and couldn’t get our other condo for those nights. It was small but had everything we needed for just 2 nights. The balcony was hard to sit on and enjoy, the air conditioner put off A-LOT of heat and there was a cat pee smell but that was throughout the building grounds(balcony and stair cases), not inside the condo. The pool area was great if you had little ones to keep out of the sun, it had a sun shade over half of it. Easy walk to the beach and close to some kool little pizza shops and ice cream, Starbucks close by was a plus!

Regarding the balcony, the AC unit does release more heat during peak summer days since it works harder to cool the inside, especially during the hottest time in Myrtle Beach. The common areas were well taken care of and clean. And the locality couldn’t be better.The unit on the other hand was terrible. The beds are a glorified cot. They are metal bare frames with a mat on top for a mattress. The kitchen sink is literally 4 feet from the floor, making it impossible for me (5 foot tall) to wash dishes. The unit supplied 2 forks and 1 butter knife. Dollar General saved my stay. I had to buy plastic utensils and a knife to cut my avocado and apples. The cabinets look like they were built by a high school woodworking class project. The bathroom sink would not drain at all until I poured water into the sink. Perhaps it doesn’t drain because that’s where guests have to do dishes.

Lots of maintenance issues, such as the screw of the sliding door handle being stripped out and falling from the door handle, the ceiling being gapped from the molding, the bathroom sink stopper being messed up and draining really slow, only 2 working lights- one in the halfway and one in the bedroom. The room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. The entry way to get to the door to the room smelled like cat urine. The room smelled like potted meat on the end of day 2 into the night and we could hear the dog next door going nuts for several hours. The owner did respond quickly and that's great but I didn't want anyone in the room fixing things that should have been repaired before it was even rented out. The one thing this place has going for it is that it is close to the beach.

I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, including the maintenance problems and odors. Despite these issues, I’m glad you found the location convenient for the beach. I already addressed these concerns to improve the stay for future guests.
