Terrible Communication & Host Unresponsiveness The communication throughout the entire process was abysmal. VRBO’s platform made it extremely difficult to get timely support. While the representative I eventually reached was kind and helpful, the amount of effort it took just to speak with a human being was unacceptable and completely eroded my trust in this service. Even worse was the host’s behavior. Attempts to reach them through the platform and app were met with delays or silence. while I was sitting at the airport I was left waiting for over 3 hours without the key code to enter the property. The host’s behavior was nothing short of rude.communication was terrible, delayed, or nonexistent. When Iexperienced issues trying to communicate through the VRBO app and website, I had to go out of my way to find a direct number to reach the host. Upon finally connecting, I was met with outright refusal to communicate, as if my concerns weren’t worth their time. Basic Accommodation OversightsWhile the unit itself was acceptable, it was far from exceptional. There were glaring oversights in basic hospitality: just two rolls of toilet paper for four people staying five days, and only one towel per person.
