📝 Important Note: There is a separate room behind the main listing with a private entrance, occupied by an individual. This occupant does not have access to the main house or pool, ensuring your privacy and enjoyment.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $100 per night (minimum of 2 nights). For 1-night stays, the fee is $150.

To maintain consistent water temperature and manage high operational and maintenance costs, pool heating must be scheduled for the ENTIRE duration of your stay (partial-stay heating is not available).
Please confirm at least 24–48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated, as we need advance notice to schedule and ensure it’s ready for your arrival. Payment will be arranged once confirmed.

🔹 Pool & Yard Maintenance
Regular maintenance takes place Monday and Wednesday, depending on the weather. Our team works quickly to ensure minimal disruption to your stay.

🔥 Grill Usage
A grill is available for your stay – perfect for poolside BBQs and outdoor dining! Guests are responsible for its use and will be held liable for any damages or accidents. Please enjoy responsibly.

🐾 Pet Policy
Our furry friends are welcome at our home for $250 per pet. To avoid a separate pet fee invoice, please include your pet in the reservation. Let’s keep it simple—no Sneaky Pets!

To use the fireplace, pour 91% Isopropyl alcohol into the designated area and use the lighter located in the utensil drawer.
